Marketing Specialist – SEO & Digital Campaigns

About the role

Our client, an international remote staffing firm, is looking for a versatile Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on SEO. The role is fully remote and involves owning end‑to‑end marketing activities to boost organic visibility, generate leads and support talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategy, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, technical SEO, content planning and link building.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters and nurture sequences while tracking performance metrics.
• Create and optimise content such as blog posts, landing pages and website copy for search engines and conversions.
• Oversee social media and organic channels to maintain an active, consistent presence.
• Support demand‑generation initiatives by building campaigns, landing pages and assets that attract talent and generate leads.
• Measure, analyse and report on traffic, rankings, conversions and pipeline to demonstrate impact and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a well‑rounded marketing specialist with a genuine strength in SEO.
• Self‑starter attitude, able to move fast and own outcomes.
• Data‑driven mindset with honesty about results.

Required skills

• SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Email marketing platforms.
• Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Social media management tools.
