Marketing Specialist (Remote LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and content development across Latin America. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating impactful marketing strategies while leveraging AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness in LATAM markets.
• Generate qualified leads through content marketing, email outreach, and automation workflows.
• Develop and manage content assets tailored to regional audiences.
• Collaborate with international teams to align initiatives with business goals.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance campaign efficiency and creativity.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing.
• Proven track record in lead generation, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Strong understanding of Latin American markets and consumer behavior.
• Fluent Spanish (primary) and English at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
