About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Marketing Specialist to own and execute all marketing activities for a growing roofing company. This hands‑on role is remote and focuses on boosting brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts with consistent posting.
• Edit short‑form and long‑form video content for ads and organic posts.
• Create graphics, promotional assets, and branded marketing materials.
• Maintain SEO performance and monitor existing campaigns.
• Track and manage pay‑per‑click and pay‑per‑call marketing efforts.
• Repurpose existing content for social media, email, and advertising.
• Coordinate with leadership to align marketing with growth goals.
• Research roofing and home‑service trends to identify opportunities.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and support online presence.
• Assist with landing pages, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Creative, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
• Must have a reliable computer and high‑speed internet.
