Marketing & Social Media Specialist – Community & Content Lead

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Social Media Specialist to become the operational partner for our client. You will own the end‑to‑end marketing execution and community management, revitalising audience engagement and streamlining the content production pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute engagement strategies for the client’s community platform, monitoring interactions to spot audience needs and content gaps.
• Draft, repurpose and distribute social marketing content across multiple channels.
• Perform quick video edits (removing stutters/pauses) using CapCut or Descript before final production.
• Upload podcast episodes and YouTube videos, customise templates with hooks and LLM‑generated descriptions.
• Vet, schedule and coordinate incoming guests and appearances.
• Identify relevant industry podcasts and conduct cold outreach via email or direct messages to secure features.
• Lead assigned marketing initiatives ensuring strict alignment with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing and social media.
• Proven experience in community management and multi‑channel content execution.
• Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
