Marketing Recruiter – Digital Marketing & Creative Hiring

About the role

TopFoxx is seeking a proactive Marketing Recruiter to build a world‑class marketing and creative team. You will partner directly with leadership, understand each role’s nuances, and source exceptional talent that drives the brand’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for marketing and creative positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines before hiring needs become urgent.
• Present highly qualified candidates to hiring managers, focusing on quality over quantity.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Support new hires during their first month to accelerate integration and performance.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, employer branding, and talent pipelines.

Required profile

• Passion for recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and the ability to assess marketing skill levels.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Experience with full‑cycle recruitment for marketing or creative roles.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (e.g., Meta Ads, video production) to evaluate candidates.
