About the role

Syntrace is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead its marketing tools, automation, data, and reporting. You will ensure every lead is routed to the right person at the right time and work closely with commercial and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

Own and manage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards.
Ensure leads are correctly routed and delivered to the appropriate sales contacts.
Collaborate closely with commercial and marketing teams to align efforts.
Measure success by the pipeline generated from marketing activities.

Required profile

Several years of experience in marketing or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company.
Fluent English.
