Campaign Executive (Paid Social)

About the role

Webtopia is hiring two Campaign Executives to manage paid social campaigns across a portfolio of 4–6 client accounts. This remote, full‑time contractor role focuses on building, optimizing, and reporting on Meta ads while leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch paid social campaigns on Meta according to strategy, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Perform daily account checks, optimizations, pacing, and spend monitoring to meet client KPIs.
• Use AI tools like Claude to automate builds, checks, and reporting.
• Identify inefficiencies such as wasted spend or creative fatigue and recommend improvements.
• Maintain pixel, Conversions API, and Shopify tracking setups for reliable data.
• Produce performance reports and communicate updates via Slack and ClickUp.
• Share wins, tests, and new ideas with the media buying team.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on Meta Ads experience with a proven track record.
• Daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) in workflow.
• Strong written communication skills for clear documentation.
• Detail‑obsessed, proactive, and comfortable working unsupervised.
