Marketing Manager

About the role

Listo is looking for a Marketing Manager to own and execute its B2B SaaS marketing strategy. You will shape the brand narrative for a platform used by NFL, NBA, NHL venues and major hospitality brands, turning technical solutions into compelling stories across social and video channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive Listo’s end‑to‑end marketing strategy, positioning and go‑to‑market roadmap.
• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns (content, social, email, paid media) to generate pipeline.
• Manage organic and paid social presence on LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Produce hands‑on content, including explainer and product videos for YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Convert client wins into case studies, sales enablement assets and social proof.
• Oversee website, SEO and inbound lead generation strategy.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership on messaging and scaling efforts.
• Control the marketing budget, test channel performance and scale successful tactics.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with full ownership of a channel or function.
• Proven ability to create video and written content from concept to final product.
• Background in hospitality, sports, entertainment or venue technology is a strong plus.
• Native‑level spoken English for client and leadership presentations.
• Comfortable working in HubSpot (or similar), LinkedIn Ads and email marketing platforms.
• Self‑starter who moves quickly and proposes ideas without waiting for permission.
