Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own the day‑to‑day execution of our performance‑driven campaigns. You will keep the marketing machine running across paid, email, affiliate, SEO and creative while coordinating agencies and our designer.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve ad creatives from agencies, upload to Google Drive and launch campaigns on our ad platforms.
• Run weekly agency meetings for paid (Google and YouTube), email, affiliate and SEO partners, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.
• Brief and coordinate the graphic designer, turning marketing needs into clear, prioritized requests.
• Conduct first‑review of all emails and creatives before launch, catching errors and maintaining brand consistency.
• Plan, launch and analyze CRO tests on the site and conduct customer research to refine messaging and offers.
• Track marketing invoices and vendor payments, following up to avoid lapses.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce or DTC marketing, preferably with large‑scale paid media and agency management.
• Proven track record of managing external agencies and creative teams and holding them accountable.
• Strong eye for creative and copy, with the judgment to approve or reject assets.
• Self‑directed, reliable and comfortable working in a remote, async‑first environment.
• Fluent English with dependable overlap with US business hours.

What we offer

• Compensation USD 4,500‑6,500 per month, based on experience.
