Marketing Manager

About the role

Aidios Dio, a Swiss‑made luxury wristwatch brand entering the US market, seeks a Marketing Manager to turn its ready‑made sales and brand assets into measurable market traction. The role is remote and will report directly to the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and refine B2B outreach sequences and industry playbooks for financial services, energy, and healthcare sectors.
• Own and develop the brand’s social media strategy on Instagram and LinkedIn, maintaining a heritage‑luxury aesthetic.
• Support influencer partnership management and coordinate campaign execution.
• Conduct market research on watch trends and competitor activity.
• Track key performance indicators, produce weekly reports, and optimise paid‑media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Direct creative development for product photography, video, and lifestyle content.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in brand development, DTC, luxury or accessories.
• Strong written English and ability to work with a strict visual brand language.
• Proven success in performance marketing and funnel optimisation.
• Based in South America with availability to overlap US Central Time.
