Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to own CRAFTSMAN+’s market presence. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline for both our SaaS platform and creative services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns from concept through performance analysis.
• Create blog posts, articles, email copy, social media content, and lead magnets to boost organic traffic and thought‑leadership.
• Develop sales enablement assets such as case studies, one‑pagers, and pitch collateral.
• Design, execute, and analyze nurture email sequences, handling segmentation and scheduling.
• Maintain and update the company website, improve SEO, and ensure brand consistency.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of marketing experience, preferably in ad tech, martech, SaaS, or a related digital ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience creating content and executing campaigns.
• Data‑aware mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Highly organized, execution‑driven, and capable of strategic thinking.
