Marketing Coordinator – Remote (LatAm) – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a creative, organized, and independent Marketing Coordinator to support our growing U.S.-based recruiting venture in the construction‑industry sector. The role is fully remote, focused on the Latin America region, and operates on U.S. Pacific Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a functional website, outsourcing technical work when needed.
• Set up marketing funnels, including autoresponders, lead‑capture forms, and basic automation.
• Create, schedule, and publish clear content across social media platforms for a U.S. audience.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and monitor key performance metrics.
• Maintain CRM workflows (e.g., GoHighLevel) and keep database pipelines up to date.
• Support recruiting operations by posting job listings and handling inbound leads.
• Collaborate via Slack and remain responsive during PST business hours.

Required profile

• Excellent written English suitable for U.S. audiences.
• Strong aesthetic sense and clean design instincts.
• Highly organized with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and follow precise instructions.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
