Marketing Coordinator (Remote – Brazil/Argentina/Spain)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing retail brand expanding across Spain and internationally. As a Marketing Coordinator you will join the newly built marketing team, supporting the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing in executing campaigns and content initiatives while working remotely from Brazil, Argentina or Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media scheduling and community engagement across platforms.
• Coordinate content production with creative partners and maintain the marketing calendar.
• Compile weekly performance reports and assist with campaign logistics for digital and physical channels.
• Support the planning and execution of events and activations when required.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Fluent Spanish and strong written English.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Hands‑on experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite.
