Marketing Coordinator – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join a fast‑growing retail brand that operates across Spain and is expanding internationally. The role is fully remote from Argentina and requires close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to execute campaigns and content initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day execution of digital and physical marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media scheduling, community engagement and coordinate content production with creative partners.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and compile weekly performance reports.
• Assist with campaign logistics, including event and activation coordination when needed.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Fluent Spanish and strong written English.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of taking ownership without constant supervision.

Required skills

• Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Content scheduling tools.
• Google Analytics.
• Meta Business Suite.
