Marketing Content Manager

About the role

Eagle Activator Media is seeking a senior Marketing Content Manager to lead content creation for a portfolio of global founders and companies. You will own the end‑to‑end content process, from strategy and calendar planning to publishing and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content strategies and editorial calendars across LinkedIn, newsletters, and other social channels for multiple clients.
• Write and edit copy that captures each client’s unique voice, ensuring authenticity and relevance.
• Publish content on schedule, coordinate with designers and video editors to transform copy into visual assets.
• Leverage AI‑driven content tools for rapid drafting, then meticulously edit to maintain a human tone.
• Participate in client calls, translate briefings into actionable content plans without needing extensive follow‑up.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and spoken English.
• Proven experience managing content or social media for brands or founders.
• Independent, fast‑thinking problem solver who can operate with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in client‑facing situations and able to stay calm on calls.
• Fluent with AI content tools or able to become proficient quickly.
