About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Appointment Coordinator to drive lead generation through Instagram and support our sales team. This remote, full‑time position focuses on identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Research and assess potential customers on Instagram and other social channels.
• Engage naturally with relevant profiles and content.
• Send personalized direct messages and ask qualifying questions.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team and send confirmations/reminders.
• Maintain lead lists, update the CRM, and track outreach activity.
• Provide insights from prospect conversations to improve messaging and campaign performance.
• Assist with broader marketing tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Clear, professional written communication.
• Confidence initiating conversations with new contacts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple follow‑ups.
• Consistency in meeting daily outreach targets.
• Understanding of Instagram’s ecosystem and ability to spot relevant profiles.
