Marketing & Administrative Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support a fast‑growing online academy for women creators. The role is fully remote and focuses on daily operational tasks, brand partner coordination, and content repurposing across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to high‑volume Instagram direct messages from leads.
• Create and schedule regular email newsletters to engage students and prospects.
• Repurpose TikTok and Instagram videos into assets for LinkedIn, Substack and other channels.
• Conduct onboarding calls with new brand partners, explain creator setup and program details.
• Issue monthly invoices, track recurring payments and follow up on overdue balances.
• Maintain accurate records for creators and brand partners using GoHighLevel CRM.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years experience in marketing, client success or social media assistance.
• Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Substack.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic video‑editing tools.
• Experience managing multichannel communication (emails, DMs, calls).
• Native‑level spoken and written English; experience with US clients is a plus.
