About the role

The Sandbox is looking for a Manual QA Tester to ensure the stability and functionality of its gaming platform. You will work closely with developers, designers, and the marketing team to deliver high‑quality builds for the decentralized metaverse.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute test cases, identifying and resolving issues.
Perform daily smoke tests and comprehensive stability checks on game builds.
Log clear, concise tickets in the bug‑tracking system (JIRA or similar).
Track defects, follow test plans, reproduce bugs, and verify fixes.
Assist the Marketing department by capturing screenshots and video footage.
Collaborate with other QA team members to improve testing processes.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA role.
Strong passion for video games.
Proficient with Windows PCs; iOS experience is a plus.
Fluent written English with excellent communication skills.
Ability to provide optimization feedback on games.
Reliable, team‑oriented, and proactive.

Required skills

JIRA (or similar bug‑tracking tools).
Windows operating system.
iOS (valued).
