About the role

The Manager, Planning will report to the Associate Director and work closely with the on‑shore manager to deliver strategic media planning for key clients. This junior‑to‑mid level position requires strong knowledge of both traditional and digital media channels.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate integrated media plans across TV, CTV, video, social, programmatic, audio and OOH channels.
Manage large media budgets, timelines and day‑to‑day deliverables.
Collaborate with creative agencies on assets and with multi‑channel teams to design awareness‑focused campaigns.
Analyze competitive landscapes, pull reports using agency tools and compile actionable insights.

Required profile

3‑4 years of media planning and buying experience with a digital focus.
Proficiency in English for client communication.
Experience handling a large account and upper‑funnel awareness campaigns.

Required skills

Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, web analytics and ad‑server tools.
Hands‑on planning/activation in paid search, paid social, programmatic, native, video, CTV/OTT, TV, print and OOH.
