Manager, Field Service

About the role

Metso is seeking a Manager, Field Service to lead commercial and technical development of Field Services in Argentina. Based in San Juan, you will drive business growth, service excellence and customer value across the South America market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Field and Expert Services, supporting long‑term business growth.
• Lead commercial opportunities, collaborate with internal stakeholders and expand service offerings.
• Manage the full Field Services Argentina budget and P&L, ensuring sales, profitability and delivery targets.
• Lead and develop a highly specialized technical team across multiple locations.
• Promote compliance with QEHS policies, Metso values and inclusion practices.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement and technology adoption.
• Represent Metso at industry events and build partnerships with educational and technology organisations.

Required profile

• Deep experience leading service, maintenance or engineering operations in the mining industry.
• Proven ability to drive business development and commercial growth in specialized mining services.
• Strong leadership of highly specialized technical teams and collaboration across global organisations.
• University degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Commitment to safety, quality, continuous improvement, equity and inclusion.
