Manager, Commercial Performance & Planning

About the role

The Manager, Commercial Performance & Planning joins the team as the link between commercial teams and Finance, turning daily performance signals into the insights and actions that guide senior leadership. The role partners with Finance Planning to build the commercial plan and works across Marketing, Analytics, Content, Partnerships and Product so that every business case, forecast and performance review tells a clear, decision-ready story.

Key responsibilities

• Incorporate market trends, risks and opportunities into financial planning and P&L management.
• Partner with Finance to develop forecasts, scenarios and commercial plans.
• Assess the financial implications of market dynamics and strategic decisions.
• Develop and evaluate business cases for new and existing commercial initiatives, including feasibility, scalability, risks and expected financial impact.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Lead KPI tracking and ongoing business performance reporting, providing insights on results, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Identify actions to optimize growth, investment and profitability.

Required profile

• 5 years of experience in similar roles; preferred industries are Entertainment, Technology and Consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Digital Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong ability to turn complex data and business dynamics into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborative mindset with a high level of ownership, accountability and commitment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and logical approach.
• Advanced level of English; Portuguese is a plus.
