Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced educators in management and leadership to help train AI systems on organizational behavior, decision‑making, and team dynamics. This remote, freelance position lets you apply your academic expertise to shape how next‑generation AI models reason about real‑world leadership challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy, realism, and logical soundness.
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model reasoning on leadership problems.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate complex decision‑making and analyze trade‑offs.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
