Logistics Tracking Coordinator – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

ATC is expanding its air cargo operations and needs a dedicated Logistics Tracking Coordinator to keep shipments on schedule. This fully remote position supports customers across Latin America while aligning with U.S. Eastern business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with local carriers and airlines to confirm paperwork, pickup, and delivery appointments for domestic and international air cargo.
• Monitor active shipments in the Transportation Management System (TMS) and maintain accurate status updates.
• Obtain and forward proof‑of‑delivery documents to customers promptly.
• Maintain detailed notes on all carrier and customer interactions for team visibility.
• Send high‑volume follow‑up emails and provide timely status updates to customers.
• Escalate delays or issues with full context to the operations team.

Required profile

• Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) for constant email communication.
• Strong follow‑up discipline and sense of urgency; ability to chase items until resolved.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable with consistent availability during U.S. business hours.
• Comfortable managing multiple shipments and a large volume of email simultaneously.
• Quiet remote work environment with reliable internet and a computer.

Required skills

• TMS (Transportation Management System) proficiency
