Logistics & Operations Assistant – Remote

About the role

Valatam is looking for a Logistics & Operations Assistant to support its fast‑growing commercial services business. This fully remote, full‑time position works across Operations, Billing, and Customer Communication, helping keep daily workflows smooth and customers satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor administrative tasks across multiple departments, meeting established timelines.
• Maintain accurate data entry and keep records up‑to‑date in CRM and internal systems.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries via email and chat promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow‑ups, and documentation to ensure seamless operations.
• Organise customer files, notes, and records for easy access.
• Prepare clear, error‑free customer‑facing documentation and reports.
• Identify potential issues or delays and escalate them to the appropriate coordinator.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 2‑5 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or customer‑facing roles.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable making light decisions in partially documented or evolving workflows.
• Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and backup connection.

Required skills

• Experience with Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar project‑management tools.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
