Localization Project Manager

About the role

CSOFT is looking for a proactive Localization Project Manager to lead complex, deadline‑driven translation projects. In this client‑facing position you will coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure multilingual content meets regulatory, scientific and linguistic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and translation projects.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end localization workflows across linguists, reviewers, engineers and QA.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables with precision.
• Track project status, mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure deliverables satisfy client expectations and regulatory language requirements.
• Contribute to process optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Support collaboration with sales, technology and vendor‑management teams.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in localization or project management.
• Solid understanding of translation management systems, computer‑assisted translation tools, file preparation and multilingual content workflows.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a client‑first mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Project Management, Communications or a related field.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Translation Management System (TMS) proficiency.
• Computer‑Assisted Translation (CAT) tools.
• File preparation for multilingual projects.
• Multilingual content workflow management.
