About the role

We are looking for a Litigation Legal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy trial attorney. This full‑time remote role blends executive assistance with hands‑on litigation duties, ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast‑paced legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage litigation case files and track court deadlines.
• Draft, proofread, and organize legal documents.
• Coordinate communications with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain the attorney’s calendar, emails, and scheduling.
• Provide administrative and executive support as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. litigation.
• Background as a Legal Assistant, Litigation Assistant, or Paralegal.
• Trial litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Familiarity with legal case management software such as Clio, Filevine, or MyCase.
