Legal Research Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Research Analyst to join a global software development leader on a full‑time remote basis. The analyst will support product teams by researching complex legal and regulatory frameworks and translating those insights into technical solutions that keep our offerings compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, case law and emerging legal trends relevant to product development.
• Design and build technical frameworks or tools that automate parts of the legal research workflow.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and design teams to embed legal requirements into product specifications.
• Prepare technical documentation, guidelines and compliance checklists for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor changes in legislation and assess potential impact on existing and future technology solutions.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
• Proven experience in legal research, regulatory analysis and compliance.
• Ability to convert legal concepts into clear technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
