Legal Research Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Research Analyst to join a global software development leader on a full‑time remote basis. In this position you will bridge legal expertise and technology, helping shape products that meet complex regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to guide product decisions.
• Develop technical frameworks and tools that automate legal‑research workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to embed legal insights into design.
• Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and guidelines for legal compliance in product development.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
• Proven experience with regulatory analysis and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to translate legal concepts into clear technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
