Legal Intake Specialist

About the role

The Legal Intake Specialist provides focused legal intake and administrative support for a fast‑moving legal or insurance environment. The role is full‑time, onsite, and requires high‑quality client interaction, precise documentation, and efficient case management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed initial client intakes via inbound and outbound calls, filtering cases and gathering critical data.
• Draft letters of representation, official legal correspondence, and complete case reports with technical accuracy.
• Collect, process, and meticulously organize all client documentation within Dropbox.
• Oversee, prioritize, and respond to professional email communications efficiently.

Required profile

• Advanced law students near graduation or recent law graduates.
• Prior exposure to legal terminology, litigation processes, or insurance claims management.
• C1 English proficiency (written and verbal) with strong legal vocabulary.
• Proven ability to type accurately while listening and interviewing clients.
