Legal Clerk (Bilingual Spanish/English) – Remote

About the role

Our client, a boutique personal injury law firm, is looking for a bilingual Legal Clerk to support the legal team remotely. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English and comfortable handling client communications, insurance claim coordination, and daily administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and manage client inquiries with professionalism.
• Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies and adjusters to open and follow up on claims.
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document formatting, file management, and calendar maintenance.
• Monitor court websites for updates and adjust case tasks accordingly.
• Provide empathetic first‑point‑of‑contact support for clients during sensitive case stages.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of administrative support experience, preferably in a legal or insurance setting.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
