Legal Administrator

About the role

The Legal Administrator will ensure vital legal and compliance processes run smoothly behind the scenes. You will support the international regulatory compliance function of a leading online gambling company, coordinating document workflows and regulatory submissions across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver administrative and operational support for daily legal and compliance workflows.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documentation, contracts, and official correspondence.
• Manage statutory filings, license renewals, registrations and other regulatory obligations.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather information for legal and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate approvals, execute signature collections, and monitor end‑to‑end document workflows.
• Monitor shared departmental mailboxes and respond to routine inquiries promptly.
• Produce reports, status trackers, and management data to support legal and compliance activities.
• Conduct targeted legal and regulatory research across LATAM jurisdictions.

Required profile

• High level of English and fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in legal administration, compliance or AML.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
• Experience supporting legal, compliance or regulated business functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
