Leasing & Marketing Virtual Assistant (Real Estate)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to support our leasing and marketing activities for apartment properties. This remote, full‑time position is ideal for someone comfortable managing online listings, social platforms, and weekly reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update basic websites or landing pages for available apartments.
• Post and manage apartment listings on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and Instagram.
• Assist with weekly reports, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Provide general support for leasing and marketing tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Organized, proactive, and dependable.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Clear communicator with a results‑focused mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet weekly deadlines.
• Experience in real‑estate leasing or property marketing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and Instagram.
• YARDI experience is a strong plus (not mandatory).
