Learning & Development Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a semi‑senior Learning & Development Analyst to design, implement and evaluate talent development initiatives for our operations in Argentina. The role works closely with HR Business Partners, senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to build capabilities, support succession planning and foster employee growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support talent processes such as Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Individual Development Plans.
• Design, facilitate and evaluate development programs, workshops and other learning initiatives.
• Collect, analyse and report participation data, providing actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Assist in the creation and improvement of L&D tools and processes.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development or Learning & Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
• Proficiency with digital HR tools; experience with Workday is a plus.
• Advanced English and ability to work in multicultural, cross‑functional environments.
