Learning Delivery Specialist - Senior Associate, Americas

About the role

EY's Talent Services L&D team is looking for a Senior Associate Learning Delivery Specialist for the Americas. The role covers the planning and delivery of in-person and virtual learning courses, working directly with the Delivery Program Manager and Assistant Delivery Program Manager. It involves creating plans with date forecasts, target audiences, classroom assignments, registrations, instructor preparation, CPE documentation and budget management, including accommodations and networking/social events for classroom learning.

Key responsibilities

• Create delivery plans for classroom-based or virtual courses with the Delivery Program Manager and Assistant Delivery Program Manager
• Develop forecasts of dates, locations, number of classes and attendees, and publish scheduled offerings in the Learning Management System
• Determine participants, timing, session counts and course planning, and manage class rosters, escalating when minimum attendance is not met
• Work with Travel, Meeting & Events to choose event locations and social activities, and coordinate with Virtual Producers for virtual learning
• Liaise with TME and hotels to book rooms and meeting space, and with the Delivery Associate to arrange transport, social events, dinners and catering
• Monitor expenses for off-site venues, networking and ground transportation
• Award credit accurately to learners and facilitators, monitor class consumption and give feedback on the quality and deployment of learning
• Manage several projects at once in a fast-paced environment, resolving resource conflicts such as conference room availability

Required profile

• 2-5 years of learning or meeting and event services experience (learning preferred)
• Experience in HR within professional services or a corporate environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a highly regulated environment and ability to build trusted relationships virtually

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication, project and time management, and negotiation and mediation skills
• Attention to detail and strong financial skills for budgeting and cost allocation
• Ability to work within a geographically dispersed team and with all levels of the organisation
• Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors, knowledge of EY's learning policies and practices
