Learning & Assessment Consultant (Córdoba)

About the role

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a motivated Learning & Assessment Consultant to drive commercial growth in Córdoba. You will act as a trusted partner for schools, institutions and channel partners, promoting Cambridge English learning and assessment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Grow revenue and profitability within the Córdoba territory while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing customer relationships through direct visits and tailored support.
• Collaborate with distributors, agents and exam centres to maximise sales performance and order fulfilment.
• Record customer activity accurately in Salesforce to support reliable forecasting.
• Contribute to local marketing initiatives and provide market and competitor insights.
• Uphold Cambridge University Press & Assessment values, ethics and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Degree or high‑school diploma level education.
• Strong knowledge of the local educational system.
• Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised, resilient and results‑driven, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
