Lead Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Support Analyst to direct local IT infrastructure operations, guarantee business continuity, and champion technology excellence across several business units. The role will act as the primary technology partner for the business while managing a local IT team, vendors, and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure operations and services across multiple sites.
• Ensure availability and continuity of IT services for roughly 750 users.
• Serve as the local subject‑matter expert for networks, servers, cybersecurity, and end‑user support.
• Manage IT projects, vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery.
• Oversee IT budget planning, cost optimisation, and asset lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to align with business objectives.
• Develop and lead the local IT team while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or support.
• Experience supporting multi‑site, complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management abilities.
• Strategic thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Effective communication with both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Functional English proficiency.
