Lead Influencer Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Influencer Manager to shape and execute influencer strategies for high‑impact global client accounts while leading a team of Influencer Marketing Managers. This hands‑on leadership role blends client work, people management, process building, and operational ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage 4‑6 Influencer Marketing Managers, providing coaching, performance reviews, and growth roadmaps.
• Build and maintain processes, playbooks, and dashboards to track campaign and team performance.
• Define influencer and content strategies aligned with client objectives, including formats, creator profiles, and creative direction.
• Oversee campaign execution, ensuring programs ship on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Approve influencer content for quality, compliance, and brand alignment before launch.
• Monitor results against awareness, traffic, and conversion goals, optimizing creator mix and pacing.
• Own and evolve the influencer operations system in Airtable, keeping data accurate and workflows automated.
• Support new business proposals with influencer strategies, pricing, and deliverable structures.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a proven record of successful brand campaigns.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members with a structured coaching approach.
• Strong ability to translate client briefs into influencer strategies, creative direction, and execution plans.
• Builder mindset: documents processes, creates dashboards, and drives continuous improvement.
• Fluent English and confident communicator with senior, often US‑based, stakeholders.
