Lead AI Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to own the end‑to‑end delivery of machine‑learning solutions, from problem definition and data acquisition to production deployment and ongoing monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full ML system lifecycle: problem formulation, data collection, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Design and implement scalable batch and real‑time ML architectures supporting large‑scale structured and unstructured data.
• Build and ship production‑grade models such as recommendation, ranking, forecasting, and classification/regression systems.
• Create and maintain feature stores, model registries, and experiment‑tracking platforms.
• Optimize models for latency, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define KPIs and success metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML systems in production.
• Hands‑on expertise designing scalable batch and real‑time pipelines.
• Strong ability to work with large‑scale clickstream, transactional, text, and image datasets.
• Proven track record developing recommendation, ranking, forecasting, and classification/regression models.
• Deep understanding of neural networks, transformers, and representation learning.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
