Latam Project Manager Coordinator

About the role

Syngenta is seeking a Latam Project Manager Coordinator to support its Crop Protection Development Team in Buenos Aires. The role will help plan, coordinate and monitor agricultural projects across Latin America, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to planning and development of agricultural projects.
• Coordinate and manage project activities, researching information and analyzing data.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and adjust project plans as needed.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on strategy, progress and expectations.
• Lead meetings and create documentation to track project status.
• Collaborate with other project managers to oversee multiple project executions.

Required profile

• Academic background in biological sciences (agronomy, biology, chemistry), business administration or engineering with process skills.
• Specialization in project management (diploma, master’s degree or certificate).
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level (written and verbal).
• 1‑3 years of experience in project management.
• Basic knowledge of data science and AI tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong critical‑thinking, planning, analysis, creativity and innovation abilities.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.
