Environment & Sustainability Manager

About the role

Join Kimberly-Clark’s Environment & Sustainability team to lead environmental stewardship at a major manufacturing site. You will ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and embed sustainability strategies across operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure site compliance with Kimberly‑Clark and regulatory environmental requirements.
• Own and maintain the site’s Environmental & Sustainability Management System, including ISO 14001 alignment.
• Identify and manage environmental risks, develop reduction strategies, and monitor performance.
• Lead initiatives to elevate program maturity, collaborate with segment and global teams, and drive sustainability projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, sustainability or related field.
• 5‑7 years of environmental management experience in manufacturing, with proven compliance and risk‑management expertise.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.

Required skills
