Laboratory Project Services Coordinator

About the role

IQVIA Laboratories in Buenos Aires is seeking a Laboratory Project Services Coordinator. Under general direction, you will manage laboratory-related aspects of clinical trial projects for a client or client program, supporting delivery from startup through closeout. You will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to keep work on track and ensure high-quality execution across multiple studies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with study initiation, including required documentation, coordination and readiness tracking.
• Coordinate day-to-day laboratory project activities to meet agreed timelines, milestones and client expectations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients after study award, keeping communications clear and timely throughout the study lifecycle.
• Monitor project status, identify risks or blockers and escalate them with proposed mitigation actions.
• Manage multiple priorities across mid-size and large pharma accounts, balancing urgency and accuracy.
• Use internal team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and keep deliverables moving.
• Maintain organized project records and ensure adherence to procedures, quality standards and study requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 1 year of experience supporting clinical trial or laboratory operations projects, including study startup and ongoing coordination.
• Proficiency in English.
• Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities and deadlines, and able to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication, with confidence interacting with clients and internal teams.

Required skills

• Project tracking and documentation tools such as MS Office/Excel and project trackers.
• Comfort working in structured processes.
