Kotlin Coding Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Kotlin expert to help train next‑generation AI assistants by reviewing and improving AI‑generated code snippets. You will work remotely on real‑world Android engineering scenarios, delivering clean, idiomatic Kotlin solutions that reflect modern development practices.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated code patches for correctness, performance, and style.
• Correct errors and implement optimized Kotlin solutions for bug reports and feature requests.
• Document best practices and design patterns that showcase modern Android architecture.
• Produce production‑ready code patches that integrate with existing Git repositories.
• Communicate technical decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong background in Android software development with production‑level Kotlin applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Coroutines, and core Jetpack libraries.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable code and explain technical choices.
• Excellent written communication skills for documenting best practices.
• Self‑motivated contractor with reliable high‑speed internet and secure computer.
