Junior Software Developer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this asynchronous, project‑based role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the performance of our AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code written by AI models for accuracy, efficiency and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift or Rust.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in any engineering discipline (full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, etc.).
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
