Junior Software Developer – Remote AI Evaluation Role

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Software Developer to join a fully remote AI training program serving clients across Latin America. You will work asynchronously, reviewing AI‑generated code, rating its quality, and creating coding challenges that help improve the underlying models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to enhance AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
