Junior Recruiter – Talent Attraction Associate

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) in Argentina is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join its Talent Attraction team. You will work closely with global leaders and hiring managers to source, assess, and hire top talent across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment for EY GDS Argentina, from sourcing to interview coordination.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
• Identify target companies and talent pools to meet business hiring needs.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and enhance the employer brand.
• Collaborate with global recruiting teams in an agile environment.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive mindset to turn bottlenecks into actionable opportunities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
