Junior Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are a US‑based marketing company that specializes in staffing door‑to‑door sales teams. We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to conduct initial group screening interviews for sales and occasional marketing positions. The role is fully remote and requires a high‑energy, sales‑oriented approach to keep candidates engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Zoom (or Google Meet) interviews following a provided script.
• Lead 15‑ to 30‑minute group interviews for multiple candidates each day.
• Take detailed notes and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Present each role in a compelling, sales‑style manner to attract talent.
• Ensure strong candidate engagement and high retention from first to second interview rounds.
• Maintain a polished, professional image throughout all interactions.

Required profile

• Strong verbal English skills.
• Experience using Zoom or Google Meet for interviews.
• Ability to conduct engaging, persuasive interviews.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM or ATS platforms.
• Quick interpersonal engagement with candidates.
