Junior Quality and Regulatory Affairs Auditor

About the role

The Quality Assurance Auditor will support TransPerfect’s Global Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements. This junior position focuses on conducting audits, managing findings, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute audit programs in line with ISO 9001, ISO 17100, GxP and other relevant standards.
• Host and coordinate customer audits, manage findings, and drive corrective actions within required timeframes.
• Maintain relationships with client auditors, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Investigate audit findings, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
• Prepare trend analysis reports and present them to management.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in Life Sciences QA, including audit and regulatory inspection exposure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17100 (EN 15038) and ISO 27001.
• Experience with CAPA, change control, deviation management and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
