Junior QA Tester and Analyst

About the role

The Junior QA Tester and Analyst will join our software quality team to design, execute and maintain test plans for client‑focused applications. Working remotely, you will apply a risk‑based approach to ensure high‑quality releases and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications and design documents and provide timely feedback.
• Create detailed, well‑structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Identify, record, document and track bugs throughout the lifecycle.
• Perform regression testing after bug fixes and develop testing processes for new and existing products.
• Monitor debugging results and collaborate with developers and project managers.
• Investigate non‑conforming software, train users on solutions and track QA metrics such as defect density.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging testing tools and strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant QA or testing experience.
• Positive attitude, strong attention to detail and customer‑success focus.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving abilities and good planning/organising skills.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
