Junior Project Manager

About the role

Fever is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join its Fever Originals team in Buenos Aires. You will help design, launch and run unique live‑entertainment experiences, working closely with the Regional Lead and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new event concepts by sourcing venues, partners and collaborators.
• Lead venue negotiations and secure contracts that align with financial and operational goals.
• Analyse key metrics, P&L and forecasting to ensure event feasibility and profitability.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Legal and Finance to coordinate event launch and execution.
• Drive ticket‑sales strategies and explore opportunities to expand audience reach.

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills for interacting with partners, providers and internal teams.
