Junior Multimedia Designer

About the role

Monks is seeking a Junior Multimedia Designer to support the creation of digital assets for advertising and product interfaces. You will join a global design team, producing static and animated visuals for social media, display ads, and product interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design static and animated visuals for a variety of channels, including social media, display advertising, and product interfaces.
• Build production‑ready templates and mechanical assets in collaboration with designers and clients.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and are consistent across formats and dimensions.
• Organise files, layers, and folders for efficient hand‑off and versioning.
• Contribute to style setting, layout creation, format cutting, and language versioning.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies to maintain high output speed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in multimedia or digital design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under rapid change.
• Self‑motivated, able to take ownership of small tasks and handle larger projects with minimal supervision.
• Clear communicator comfortable collaborating with designers worldwide.
• Capable of handling repetitive tasks while staying focused.
